**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:

- Perform operational, planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks, condition-based maintenance regimes and building fabric maintenance in accordance with written orders.
- Perform corrective work on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, as instructed in accordance with written orders.
- Attend to customers’ service requests within service level agreement timeframe.
- Host, supervise and monitor contractors and building management personnel performing maintenance work, repairs, installations, constructions and soft services at the facility to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Carry out plant inspection and audits to ensure compliance and appropriate standards.
- Risk evaluation, plant, procedures and personnel.
- Manage site logs and activity logs.
- Report changes requests and “out of line” incidents or requests for project work to Project Engineer.
- Assist in the implementation of quality assurance, energy conservation, environmental health and safety programmes by OCS and customer.
- Statutory compliance.

- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Education / Equivalent Experiences**:

- Certificate / Diploma / Advanced / Higher Diploma
- Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building maintenance
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and process related problem
- Experience in preparing and proposing permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
