**Salary range: up to RM5000.00**

**Working Location: IOI Boulevard Puchong (Nearby LRT Station IOI Puchong Jaya)**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Promote products/services with clear knowledge and references, and respond to customer queries over the phone.
- Advise customers and close sales using various payment methods to build strong relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Contribute to team efforts and work with the guidance of the Team Leader to achieve sales and service goals.
- 12-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum school certificate (SPM or equivalent).
- Relevant work experience in Telesales.
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Excellent telephone skills and courteous.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Working Day and Working Hour**:

- Monday - Friday (Off Day on Weekend)
- Off Day for every Public Holiday
- Working Hour - Rotational Basis (1) 10.00 am - 7.00 pm (2) 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
