**Job Specification**
- Responsible in processing and coordinating company’s e-Commerce orders to ensure it meets company business objectives.
- Supervise e-Commerce operation team to execute daily operational task and ensure comply to company’s policies & procedure set.
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and prompt response.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and assist in overall e-Commerce management including sales orders (SO), stocks management and operational orders processing process (pick, pack and dispatch orders).
- Liaise with third party logistic partners to schedule pick up appointment and ensure items are ready for collection.
- Reply and answer customer enquiries (order status and support) promptly and politely via marketplaces chat box features.
- Managed and follow through all returns, damage, missing, or refunds orders, and keep records of items returned, lost in transit, damage, exchange and etc
- Liaise with suppliers regarding missing / damaged items for returns & warranty claims purposes.
- Manage stock levels and process documentation using in-house electronic stock-control systems.
- Order packaging material, stationery and all ecommerce related items from suppliers.
- Unpack, check and upload new stock to electronic stock-control system.
- Extract and report e-Commerce sales data from each platform to HQ level.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
- To assist in other e-Commerce marketing activities assigned by the superior as and when necessary.

**Qualification**
- Minimum 2-3 year (s) of working experiences in the related field.
- Required skill(s): Marketing, Microsoft Office & eCommerce platform management
- Experienced in managing Shopee, Lazada, PGMall, other e-Commerce platforms and Selluseller will be an added advantage.
- Strong interest in e-Commerce. Always questioning how to make it better. Focus on process improvement.
- Basic understanding of sales order processing and customer service practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and must be team oriented.
