**Job Responsibility**:

- Responsible for the overall sales administration functions upon booking to sales conversion including process of eSPA signing & stamping, issue letters and reminders, sales cancellation/termination, issue billing and ensure collection of payment, etc.
- Issuance relevant letters, undertaking to purchasers/financiers/solicitors/sales agent etc
- To check and ensure the purchaser's details, property details, and floor plan are accurately stated the Sale and Purchase Agreement and other relevant sales documents.
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales and collection report, forecast collection, SPA status report.
- Respond positively and professionally to customer’s queries and work closely with other department to resolve issue within the stipulated deadline
- To key in sales, monitor and track sales processes to ensure database/records accurate and up
- to-date.
- Liaison with purchasers/sales agent/financiers/solicitors and internal department for all matters pertaining to SPA, Loan, etc.
- Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing related to the sales documentation.
- To attend to enquiries, complaint and other issues pertaining to all the projects.
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure traceability of documents & up-to-date records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity in sales administration, experience with with LPPSA knowledge process flow in property related industries is encourage
- Meticulous, systematic, able to prioritize work and meeting deadlines
- Pleasant personality, able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
