We are looking for a **Customer Service Executive** to join our growing team If you enjoy connecting with people, delivering excellent service, and are passionate about creating a positive customer experience, this role is for you.

**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Welcome Calls**: Reaching out to new policyholders to provide a warm welcome, guide them through their policy details, and ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience.
- **Payment Reminders**: Proactively calling customers to remind them about upcoming payments and assisting with any inquiries they may have.
- **Customer Support**: Addressing customer questions or concerns, providing clear explanations about policies, and resolving issues promptly.
- **Record Keeping**: Updating and maintaining accurate customer records in our system.
- **Relationship Building**: Building trust and rapport with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Ideally, you have **1-2 years of experience** in a working environment, especially in customer service or a related field.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in **Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Tamil** is required to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
- **Location**: Must be able to work **on-site, 5 days a week** in **Seberang Perai (Bandar Sunway)**.
- **People-Oriented**: You are friendly, empathetic, and enjoy engaging with customers over the phone.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
