Smelting Intake Expert

1. Ensured that each intake materials are tagged with imported container no for quality tracing purposes. 2. Preliminary scanning on segregated aluminium to ensure that it is cleared from other debris particularly zinc contain (less than 1%) for furnace intake 3. Monitor closely the adjustment mixture and process during smelting 4. Recording smelting mixture and its associated cost for output quality checking 5. Work closely with Quality Compliance Surveyor on each output quality to ensure that ingot well meet the prescribed specifications. 6. Cross checking output weight with operator for contract fees calculation purposes. 7. Product tagging and stock take of products currently stored at operator's premis
