1. Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
2. Responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management of employees.
3. Assist in developing and implementing employee benefit programs to ensure the effective operation of the employee benefits system.
4. Handle daily employee issues and disputes, assist in resolving conflicts between employees.
5. Manage and maintain employee records and HR data.
6. Assist in developing company culture and employee development plans to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction.
7. Regularly participate in human resources management meetings, providing professional advice and suggestions.

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
