**Job descriptions**:
**1. Maintenance tasks**:

- Perform daily maintenance checking tasks following Operational Manual Book.
- Prepare karaoke rooms for incoming guests by ensuring all equipment, audio-visual systems and furniture are in working order.
- Notify Direct Superior immediately of any property damages, faulty equipment or necessary repairs.
- Examine and test equipment, components and for defects to ensure proper functioning for all asset company.
- General maintenance, example: lighting point and socket maintenance, air conditioning, scrapper and etc.
- Perform basic maintenance repairs on assets.

**2. Quality Control**:

- Handle and manage the maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Address any quality issues promptly to Direct Superior.

**3. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and request to order supplies as needed.
- Monitor and control maintenance supplies costs by minimizing waste and optimizing usage.
- Monitor equipment stocks in Store Room such as disco light, amplifier and speaker as well as all electrical parts.

**4. Facilities (Rooms / common areas/ Store Room) cleanliness**:

- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards (normal cleaning and deep cleaning) as stated in Operation Manual Book.

Any ad hoc tasks required by Direct Superior.

**Key Qualities**:

- Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done right
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on role
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general maintenance tasks
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
