2. MEMILIKI PENGETAHUAN ASAS DALAM OPERASI PENGENDALI MAKANAN, TATACARA KEBERSIHAN DAN SANITASI.

3. 1 - 3 TAHUN PENGALAMAN DIPERLUKAN (KEUTAMAAN DIBERIKAN KEPADA CALON MEMPUYAI PENGALAMAN SEBAGAI CATERING DIETITIAN)

4. MEMPUNYAI PENGALAMAN DALAM TUGASAN BERKENAAN DIET PESAKIT, DOKUMENTASI, PENGETAHUAN BERKENAAN AUDIT DALAMAM DAN LUARAN SERTA BOLEH MENGENDALI KESELURUHAN OPERASI PENGENDALI MAKANAN UNTUK PESAKIT.

5. MEMILIKI PENGETAHUAN ASAS TENTANG OPERASI PENGENDALI MAKANAN (PENGURUSAN STOK, PENGURUSAN SUMBER MANUSIA, PENGURUSAN PENTADBIRAN DAN BOLEH MENGENDALI SEBARANG ADUAN DARI PESAKIT DAN PELANGGAN.

6. BOLEH BERDIKARI, TERBUKA MINDA UNTUK MEMPELAJARI PERKARA YANG BARU, MEMILIKI KETAHANAN FIZIKAL DAN MENTAL SERTA MEMILIKI SIKAP-SIKAP POSITIF DAN KEMAHIRAN DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH.

7. BERUPAYA DALAM MELAKUKAN PELBAGAI TUGAS DALAM MASA YANG SAMA DAN SINGKAT. PROGRESIF DAN BOLEH MELETAKKAN KOMITMENT PADA KERJA YANG TELAH DIAMANAHKAN.

8. BOLEH BERKOMUNIKASI DENGAN BAIK DALAM KUMPULAN DAN BOLEH BEKERJA MENGIKUT SHIF, HARI MINGGU DAN CUTI UMUM.

9. MEMPUNYAI TAHAP DISIPLIN YANG TINGGI DAN MENEPATI MASA.

10. BOLEH MELAKSANAKAN TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB YANG TELAH DIBERIKAN BAGI MEMASTIKAN OPERASI BERJALAN DENGAN LANCAR.
