**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1**. Operational Oversight and Reporting**
- Supervise and support managers across all current and upcoming branches to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Review and approve monthly operational performance reports to guarantee alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
- Monitor implementation of action plans based on performance indicators and key operational benchmarks.
**2. Compliance and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)**
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, including hygiene and cleanliness standards, staff dress codes, and disciplinary protocols.
- Oversee adherence to clinical department SOPs, especially in the delivery of therapy sessions and the management of student needs.
**3. Staff Development and Performance Management**
- Drive staff development initiatives through structured training programs and retention strategies.
- Address and manage employee performance issues promptly and constructively to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Encourage continuous professional development and cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability.
**4. Job Mapping and Organizational Structuring**
- Conduct job mapping exercises under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to align staff roles with operational demands and organizational objectives.
- Ensure every role within the organization is clearly defined, well-structured, and designed to maximize operational efficiency and service quality.
**5. Budget and Financial Management**
- Manage and monitor the 2025 operational budget for Nadi Intelek across all existing and new locations.
- Provide special financial oversight and planning for the launch of new branches in Bangsar, Maluri, and Cheras to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance.
**6. Parental Interaction and Conflict Resolution**
- Serve as the escalation point for conflicts or concerns raised by parents, ensuring resolutions are handled diplomatically and in alignment with school policies.
- Protect student well-being while fostering positive relationships with parents and guardians through open, empathetic communication.
**7. Ad-Hoc & Contingency Management**
- Attend to unexpected or ad-hoc events involving premises, staff, students, or external parties.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to emergencies or unforeseen situations to minimize disruptions to operations.
**8. Event and Program Management**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events and programs in alignment with the **Nadi Intelek Academic Calendar 2025**.
- Lead strategic preparations and event logistics for the opening of new centres, ensuring smooth and successful launches.
**Job Requirements**
**Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or qualifications in management, human resources, or therapy are an added advantage.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in operations management, education center administration, or branch supervision.
- Proven experience in team supervision, handling client relations (especially with parents), and performance reporting is highly preferred.
**Skills**:
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** in both English and Malay.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and proactive decision-making abilities.
- Ability to supervise and guide multi-departmental teams effectively.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using data management systems (e.g., Oodlins) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Personal Attributes**:
- Firm yet diplomatic, with a strong ethical foundation.
- Willing to work beyond standard hours when necessary (events, ad-hoc situations, etc.).
- Results-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
- Willing to travel between branches across Klang Valley and Kelantan as required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
