Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Global VP of Customer Service to lead our global customer service team. Join our fast growing company and help us to further scale Reebelo’s customer excellence to the next level.

Your Responsibilities
- Scale our Customer Support Team in Kuala Lumpur to serve our customers across the APAC region
- Lead & grow our existing team of 12 CS team members
- Set up local customer service teams in non-English speaking countries (e.g. South Korea)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Founders, VPs and local Country Directors to devise and implement CS best practices
- Continuously improve key CS metrics and enforce strict SLAs within the team
Your Background
- Motivated person with startup attitude: hands-on and execution driven
- Able to perform in high-paced and stressful environment
- 4+ years relevant experience in building and/or leading a customer support team, previous startup experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education a plus
- You are ambitions, a team-player and ready to make an impact
- Based in Kuala Lumpur, fluent in English

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
