**Job Title: Shift Team Lead**

**Location: Sungai Buloh**

**Salary Range: RM5500-RM6500**

**Industry: Glass Manufacturer**

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that the production processes are carried out under controlled conditions

including the use of suitable production equipment, suitable working environment and

approved process.
- Responsible to monitor the daily attendance of production workers and to make

arrangement of their duty
- Coordinate the work force and production planning in meeting the delivery schedules

and customer order
- Plan preventive maintenance and cleaning programme of machines
- Ensure that the health, safety and environmental regulation are observed by all

workers and staff all time
- Plan yearly Production Schedule and shutdown period for each coming year
- Coordinate discussion with all Production Executive, Line Supervisor and Incharge

for troubleshooting in production process
- Plan and coordinate training for all production workers
- To ensure all production operation are carried out in accordance to all work

instructions as detailed in Operating Manual

**Required skills**:

- Excellent management and leadership skills
- A multi-tasker and committed person
- Able to make proper and quick decision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good practice and knowledge on problem solving techniques (Fish bone, why why

analysis, 4M etc.)
- Ability to work independently and adapt well in any situation
- Possess a Degree in Engineering

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
