**Job Title**: Sales Advisor ( Recond Cars)
**Location**: Jalan Kuching

**Job Summary**:
We are an established used and reconditioned car dealership with multiple branches across KL and Selangor.
We’re looking for **driven and customer-focused Sales Advisors** to join our growing team.
You’ll be responsible for assisting customers from inquiry to delivery — ensuring every buyer enjoys a smooth, professional experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with walk-in, online, and referral customers to **understand their car needs and preferences**:

- **Promote and sell** used and reconditioned vehicles from our stock list
- **Follow up on leads** from Mudah, Carlist, and Facebook daily
- **Explain financing options, insurance, and trade-in offers** clearly to customers
- **Arrange and conduct test drives**, ensure cars are ready and presentable
- Prepare **sales documentation**, including booking, loan, and JPJ registration paperwork
- **Update CRM / WhatsApp follow-ups** for every inquiry and lead
- Achieve **monthly sales targets** and maintain high closing ratios
- Coordinate with **recon, delivery, and admin teams** to ensure smooth handover
- Provide **excellent after-sales service** and maintain customer relationships for repeat/referral sales

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Must have **valid driving license** (Class D) and basic car knowledge
- Passionate, proactive, and results-driven
- Able to work weekends and public holidays (off-days will be rotated)
- Good command of **Bahasa Malaysia, English**

**Working Hours**:

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (6 days/week)
- Off-day rotation (weekday basis)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate, Part-time
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
