**Job Title**: Cleaner

**Reporting to**: Housekeeping Manager

**Job Summary**:
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in co-living spaces, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for all residents. You will play a key role in enhancing the resident experience by keeping common areas, rooms, and facilities clean, sanitized, and well-presented at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily cleaning of common areas such as lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, stairways, and hallways.
- Clean and reset vacant rooms before new residents move in.
- Regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces and shared spaces.
- Manage garbage and recycling - collect, sort, and dispose of waste in a timely manner.
- Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, and air fresheners.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists diligently.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are properly used, maintained, and stored.
- Respect the privacy and belongings of residents at all times.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE when required.
- Support occasional deep-cleaning projects or move-in/move-out turnovers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cleaner, preferably in hospitality, co-living, or shared housing environments.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Good time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.
- Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or during peak move-in/move-out periods, if needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with green/eco-friendly cleaning practices is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in basic English or Malay.
- Experience working in a co-living or residential setting is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
