Summary

The accountant is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations for Brickhaus Solutions Sdn Bhd. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in managing the company’s finances and preparing financial statements. The accountant will also be responsible for providing financial support to management and assisting with strategic planning.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Able to manage full set of accounts following accounting principles.
- Prepare Monthly Management Report and Financial Analysis
- Ensure all documents are prepared, filed, and recorded properly and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other functional teams to understand business objectives and provide value-added solutions from an accounting perspective.
- Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Support the finance team during mid-year closing and year-end audit.
- Other duties, ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
- **Diploma or Degree** in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).

**Job Requirements**
- **At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience** in a similar role.
- **A hands-on, detail-oriented individual** with strong analytical skills.
- **Excellent teamwork and communication skill** with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- **Required language(s)**: Fluent in **English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia**.
- **Mandarin speaking skills** are essential due to the nature of the job, including communication with Mandarin-speaking teams and clients.
- **Proactive and adaptable**, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SQL accounting software is an advantage.
- **Willingness to travel** to various workplaces for audit stock checks and site visits as part of the role.
- **Immediate availability** is preferred to start the role as soon as possible.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
