Market analyst
1. Data Retrieval, Sourcing, and Exploration:
- Data Sourcing: Identify and gather data from multiple internal and external sources for strategic business analysis.

- Data Integration: Combine data from various platforms and systems to ensure comprehensive dataset for analysis.
- Tool Management: Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel) to retrieve, manage, and analyze data.
2.Business Prospect Analysis:
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to provide insights into potential business growth areas.
- Prospect Evaluation: Assess the feasibility and potential of business opportunities based on data-driven analysis and strategic fit.
3. Risk Analysis and Mitigation:
- Risk Identification: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to the business (financial, operational, market-related, etc.)
- Risk Assessment: Analyze the severity and likelihood of various risks, considering internal and external factors.
- Mitigation Strategies: Develop and propose strategies to mitigate identified risks, and work with relevant teams to implement preventative measures.
4. Public Relations and Networking:
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings to build connections and stay informed about industry developments.
- Public Relations Support: Assist in managing the company's reputation and visibility through communication with external partners, press, and other media outlets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights and support business initiatives.
**BD, Marketing & Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**
1. Assist in preparation of the following:
**a. business proposal for Management approval.**
**b. tender preparation submission for new business opportunity.**
**c. company profile slides for current and potential customers.**
**d. database for costing purposes**
**e. required reporting on weekly and monthly basis.**
**f. updates in social media i.e. website, facebook, linkedin etc**
2. Assist to maintain and organize proper records for documentation.
3. Assist in collection of information for business research, market study of industry, market player, products and services.
4. Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
5. Comply with HMS activity (55, ESS).
6. Any other matters as when and required.
**KNOWLEDGE:
- **
1) Experience in business intelligence tools and project management
2) Knowledgeable in various industries such as automotive, logistics, import and export
3) Experience working with data visualization tools and databases
**SKILLS: -**
1) Analytical skills for data management
2) Negotiation, sharing ideas and consolidate best practices
3) Attention to detail for data accuracy
**ABILITIES: -**
1) Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and non-verbal
2) Good English language skills spoken and written
3) Good presentation and analytical skills

2) Work independently with less supervision and report routinely.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: -**
1) At least 3 year's experience with data management and analyst, mainly in performing Business Intelligence in the Automotive sector & related industries.
