**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and events.
- Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and proactively find solutions.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements by providing necessary documents and information.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Provide detailed travel agendas and relevant information to the CEO.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure the CEO's time is optimized.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and urgent matters with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with the utmost discretion.
- Oversee the CEO's office organization and maintain a neat and efficient workspace.
- Order office supplies and ensure necessary resources are available.
- Provide support on special projects, research, and presentations as assigned by the CEO.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software and communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
