Job Description

**Description**
- Monitor Fare and Pricing of airasia Ride ensuring fare is competitive in the region
- Assist with the recruitment of drivers in the Northern Region.
- Work with senior stakeholders ensuring the KPI (i.e: recruitment, sticker installation) of drivers are on target.
- Assist to provide solutions to drivers on ad-hoc driver related matters.
- Assist to manage and monitor performance of drivers within the platform ensuring high performance.
- Conduct training to drivers to ensure knowledge transfer of the company’s vision and strength.
- Assist in investigation and resolution of issues from Driver and Passenger in the Northern Region
- Assist with the execution of alliances and campaigns with collaborative partners and clients in the Northern Region.

**Skills and Experience**
- High school, diploma, degree or equivalent in operations management or related field.
- Possess 3 years of experience in operations, and/or e-hailing industry.
