We’re looking for an Account & Admin Executive to support daily sales operations and office administration for our IT and AV solutions business. The role involves close coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and timely follow-ups. This is a **Singapore-based Onsite Position**, suitable for someone familiar with IT products, sales support, and basic accounting work. Note: Important to **include an up-to-date picture** (taken within the last 3 months) for our review.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support sales and operations teams with administrative paperwork and order processing.
- Responsible for daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow.
- Handle document management, data entry, filing, and system updates.
- Support basic accounting functions including invoice preparation, receipt tracking, SOA, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments on routine matters.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office logistics.
- Maintain proper records and assist management with ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of admin or account support experience in an office environment.
- Basic accounting knowledge including invoices, receipts, SOA, and simple bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong accuracy in record keeping.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
- Good communication skills for internal and external coordination.
- **Language proficient in Chinese** to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers and clients.
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Good to Have**
- Experience in IT, AV, or technology-related companies.
- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as GeBIZ, SESAMI, or Ariba
- Experience using CRM, accounting software, or inventory systems.

**Compensation**
Salary**:SGD 2,500 - 3,200**depending on experience.
Work Arrangement**:Based in Singapore.**(5 minutes walk from MacPherson / Tai Seng MRT station.)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
