Job Requirements**:

- Girls ( 19-30 yrs old)
- Charisma and confidence on camera
- Strong communication and storytelling
- Familiarity with TikTok trends and audience behavior
- Basic sales or persuasive speaking skills (especially for shopping lives)
- Tech-savvy (understanding live settings, filters, dual hosting, etc.)

Job Responsibility:
1. **Go Live and Host Real-Time Broadcasts**
- Start and run live sessions on TikTok.
- Speak confidently and naturally to engage your audience.
- Maintain a positive, upbeat, and welcoming on-screen presence.

2. **Engage and Grow the Audience**
- Interact with viewers via comments and shoutouts.
- Respond to questions, thank gifters, and keep the convo going.
- Encourage follows, shares, and likes during the stream.
- Use trending sounds, hashtags, and features to boost reach.

3. **Product Presentation & Soft Selling** _(if it’s e-commerce based)_
- Showcase products or services in an appealing way.
- Highlight features, benefits, pricing, and special deals.
- Answer product-related questions live.
- Encourage viewers to click links, visit shops, or purchase during the stream.

4. **Stick to Brand Tone & Objectives**
- Represent the brand’s voice and image authentically.
- Follow key talking points, promotions, or campaign themes.
- Stay updated with brand updates, new launches, or daily goals.

5. **Track Performance Metrics**
- Monitor live engagement (views, likes, gifts, comments).
- Adjust style/content based on what resonates.
- Report session outcomes to the team (if it’s a company-driven role).

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
