The Assistant Brand & Marketing Communication Manager will support the development and execution of strategic branding, marketing, and communications initiatives to enhance the visibility, image, and growth of Sang F&B’s portfolio of brands. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and supporting campaign execution across digital and offline channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Management**
- Assist in managing and maintaining the brand identity and tone of voice for all Sang F&B outlets and sub-brands.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with design and creative teams for consistent visual and messaging output.

**Marketing Campaigns**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, product launches, and events.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements based on performance metrics.

**Digital Marketing & Social Media**
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and monitor engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to boost brand presence.

**Communication & PR**
- Draft press releases, internal communication, product stories, and media kits.
- Coordinate with media and PR agencies for coverage and publicity.
- Ensure strong internal communication between marketing and outlet operations.

**Market & Customer Insights**
- Conduct competitor analysis, F&B trends research, and gather customer feedback.
- Support customer loyalty initiatives and CRM-based campaigns.

**Event Coordination**
- Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, media events, and partnerships.
- Liaise with suppliers, venue owners, and partners for smooth event execution.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand or marketing roles, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other creative tools is a plus.
- Creative, organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
