**Job description**

**RM2000 + COMMISSION (PROBATION) (3 MONTH OR EARLIER)**

**RM4000 + COMMISSION (CONFIRMATION)**

**Requirements**:
**Fresh graduates / no experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.**
- Comfortable with rosters and shift arrangements. (Morning: 9 a.m.6 p.m., Noon: 1 p.m.10 p.m., and Night: 3 p.m.12 a.m.) and on weekends.
- Familiarity with the TikTok platform and its algorithm is an advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Cheerful, energetic, and confident on camera during live sessions.
- Commitment to work 5.5 days a week, conducting 2-3 live broadcasts per day, each lasting 2 hours.

**Job Responsibility**
- Conduct live streaming sessions on our TikTok channel to engage with our audience and promote our products.
- Assist other live hosts during their live session.
- Monitor viewer engagement and adapt your content and approach to maximise audience interaction.
- Demonstrate and showcase product features, answer questions, and provide real-time product recommendations during live broadcasts.
- Leverage your live selling experience to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Prepare scripts and flows to ensure smooth live sessions.
- Collaborate with the video production team to assist in short video shooting.
- Cultivate and maintain an interest in live broadcasting.
- Present products with confidence and charisma in front of the camera.
- Set and work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
