**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers in the Korean language. You will assist users with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and general travel information, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to bookings, payments, and account management effectively.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for future reference.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and contribute to product enhancements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software.
- **Nationality**: Malaysian nationality with TOPIK 5 or 6

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM8,700.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
