**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greeting, registering and servicing of all guest in a warm, friendly, courteous and efficient manner.
- To maintain all guest ledger accounts on a current basis.
- To provide change and other miscellaneous services for guest staying or using the resort's facilities and check-out departing guests.
- Responsible to checking billing instructions permanent folios and monitor guest credit to ensure front office team deliver the hotel standard and provide.

**GENERAL**:

- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- To have complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- To have a complete understanding of the hotel's employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.

Pay: RM1,207.65 - RM4,643.12 per month
