**Responsibilities**
- Efficiently process loan disbursements and repayments in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor repayment schedules and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries related to loan servicing.
- Provide clear and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in operations
- Previous experience in the financial services sector or experience in communicating with small businesses preferred
- Familiarity with backend operations and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills. for effective interaction with customers and partners.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
