RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing assistance and support to handle all matters related to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) including implementation of HSE Management System within the group of companies.
- Execute and improve any HSE programs and support in managing compliance to company and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement procedures governing HSE matters in a form that is understandable for all the relevant parties.
- To consolidate, monitor and analyze the HSE data performance for reporting of incidents of injury, illness, environmental and other HSE performance monitoring for all the factories.
- To assist in planning and execute HSE training/awareness programs to promote OSH & environment education to employees.
- To assist in implementation of HSE Management System within the group of companies.
- To ensure all documents, files, records and online systems pertaining to HSE matters are regularly updated, well maintained & audit ready.
- Follow-up and monitors verification of effective, corrective and preventive actions is in place.
- To assist in monitoring and review monthly HSE activities.
- To prepare HSE communication and engagement e.g. posters, newsletter, interactive materials, etc.
- To assist and support for COVID-19 Management in the company.
- To carry out any other instruction made by the employer or HOD of the place of work on any matters pertaining to HSE of the place of work.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Degree / Diploma in any discipline preferably in Environmental, Safety & Health or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of EHS experience in Manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of incident report & current Safety & Health Legislations
- Competency training in Safety or First Aid Qualification
- Independent, sharp-minded, positive attitudes, good team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
