Warehouse Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
1. Be responsible for receiving, picking and packing operations planning and managing inventory accuracy.

2. Receive incoming goods and route to appropriate area by bin locations.

3. Manage customer orders and assign warehouse personnel to complete the work orders.

4. Ensure accuracy of delivery with relevant supporting documentation.

5. Ensure inventory transactions are accurately logged; keep stock control systems up to date.

6. Oversee cycle counts and reconciliation activities.

7. Review work processes to ensure all functions are operating efficiently and effectively.

8. Recommend measures to improve quality of service, increase efficiency of department, work crew and equipment performance.

9. Oversee daily activities of team members and provide assistance whenever needed.

10. To ensure pickers are properly trained and perform tasks in accordance to SOP.

11. To continually review procedures, systems and equipment to identify opportunities for further improvement.

12. To ensure there is prompt and effective communication both internally and externally to keep all interested parties informed proactively.

**Requirements**:
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Required Skill(s): Warehouse Operations, Transportation Operations, Logistics Knowledge.

4. Cooperative, responsible and able to work in a team.

5. Good attitude, meticulous and hard working.

6. Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage)

7. Working 6 days per weeks.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
