- Persuade, negotiate, and collaborate with clients to establish feasible repayment plans.
- Diligently follow up on payment commitments made by customers.
- Achieve personal and team targets to qualify for the Incentive Program.
- Offer explanations and resolve queries related to non-payment issues and other product-related services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
