**Job Title**: Junior Fashion Designer
**Location**: tiQaco HQ, Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Fashion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the design and development of women's modest clothing, including baju kurung. You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Fashion Designer in all aspects of the design process, from concept to final product, while ensuring that our designs reflect the brand's aesthetic and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and developing new designs and collections, particularly focused on women's modest fashion.
- Conduct research on trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques that align with the brand's vision.
- Develop sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for new designs.
- Collaborate with the design team in selecting fabrics, embellishments, and materials.
- Assist in creating samples and prototypes, working closely with pattern makers and manufacturers.
- Support the Senior Fashion Designer in fittings, adjustments, and quality control of garments.
- Maintain design records, organize design files, and manage fabric swatches and samples.
- Stay informed of market trends and contribute ideas for new styles and improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creative process.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Strong sketching skills and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and sewing techniques.
- Passion for women's modest fashion and understanding of the baju kurung style.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and willingness to learn.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship or prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Understanding of trends in the modest fashion market and ability to adapt designs accordingly.
