Provide secretarial and personal administrative support to the Director to ensure the smooth management of day to day affairs. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.
- To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on all matter company and personal matters
- To attend to all secretarial and personal administrative and research support duties in a confidential manner.
- To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on all matter company and personal matters.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and any secretarial work which includes quotation comparison, market research, market study, consolidation of work and etc.
- Coordinate and schedule appointment, meeting, etc.
- Organize travelling plans and itinerary of the Director and make necessary booking arrangement.
- Handle and organize corporate & personal events and etc.
- Perform any such comparable duties consistent with the level of this position and as required by the Director from time to time and shall respond positively to any ‘call-in’ work and perform additional working hours when required.
- Supervise and verify Drivers timetable & overtime schedules.
- Prepare and submit Claims for Director.
- Assist Director in his personal arrangements and matters.
- Assist in researching and following up with action on matters - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Undertake any ad hoc assignment or other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
Job Requirement:

- At least 5 years working experience and exposure as Secretary/Personal Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Proficient in major languages with effective speaking and writing skills in English, BM, Mandarin.
- Pleasant Personality, Positive Attitude, Pro-active, Meticulous & Excellent in Time Management.
- Initiative and ability to multi task and prioritise tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
