**We’re Hiring - Join the Kaisar Meat Team**

We are seeking a proactive and motivated **Sales & Merchandising Executive** to join our growing team. If you have a background in FMCG, love being on the move, and can start **immediately**, we want to hear from you

**Requirements**:

- Able to **start immediately**:

- Possess a **valid driving license** and **own transport (car)** - will need to pick up POSM (Point of Sales Materials)
- Physically fit and **able to lift heavy stock**:

- Experienced in the **FMCG industry** (preferably in Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Catering, or Hotels)
- **Below 45 years old**:

- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Comfortable with **daily travel** across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor
- Based near or willing to commute to **Puncak Jalil office**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **Kaisar Meat's frozen meat products**:

- Build and maintain strong **customer relationships**:

- Provide excellent **pre-sales and post-sales support**:

- Handle and resolve **customer inquiries and complaints**:

- Plan and execute **basic social media marketing**:

- Submit **daily sales reports** via WhatsApp
- Monitor and respond actively in **company WhatsApp groups**:

- Submit **monthly sales & marketing reports** with insights and suggestions
- Attend internal **sales and marketing alignment meetings**:

- Coordinate with **finance and logistics** teams for seamless operations
