**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and internal control policies and procedures development. Financial Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design an robust and efficient financial management and control system to manage all accounting operations for group companies, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Consolidation, Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition for local and overseas companies.
- Coordinate and direct the budget preparation and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements for management, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with local and overseas reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Lead and coordinate Corporate Restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and public listing.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and corporate.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller.
- 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
- Degree in Accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with creating financial statements.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
