**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Prepare and compile month-end reports for the General Manager;
- Ensure all General Manager’s reports are compile for submission a head of dateline;
- Ensure all correspondences are updates and replied on a timely manner;
- Attends all the General Manager related meetings in the hotel and take accurate notes and/ or minutes of meetings as deemed necessary. Channel these documents for the General Manager to review before distribution within 2 days;
- Prepare daily traces for the General Manager;
- Manage the General Manager’s appointments and meetings;
- Screen all calls and impromptu meetings;
- Maintaining a professional relationship with internal and external customers;
- Perform duties beyond the normal working hours as and when required;
- Implement and maintain office systems, filing, work procedures, and equipment;
- Prepare all guest questionnaires and letters on behalf of General Manager;
- Sound knowledge on all departments’ role and functions within the hotel;
- Accountable for the availability and good working condition of office equipment and stationary for the General Manager’s office;
- Accountable for a high standard of cleanliness in the office;
- Be conscientious of cost control, occupational health, hygiene and safety issues;
- Observing personal hygiene and grooming standards as defined in the employee handbook;
- Time management and punctuality;
- Any other tasks as delegated by the General Manager from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
