We value professionalism, teamwork, and communication, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic receptionist intern to be the welcoming face of our office while gaining hands-on experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Support in handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Open for **female** applicants only.
- Internship duration **:3 to 6 months**.
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (any field is acceptable).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

**What we offer**
- Internship allowance: RM 500 per month.

**Work schedule**
- **Monday - Friday**:

- 8.00 AM - 6.00 PM

**Job Types**: Temporary, Internship, Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months
