**Job Responsibility**
- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in all building, facility maintenance tasks, installation operations and renovation work.
- Develop methods and schedules for routine and preventive maintenance.
- Handle emergency repairs and after-hours maintenance calls responsibly.
- Frequently inspections to proactively identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs as well as suggest upgrades major landscape systems and equipment.
- Maintain inventory, equipment, and ensure proper storage practices.
- Recommend budget items and contribute to the development of the annual maintenance budget.
- Coordinate with various parties to resolve service requests efficiently.
- Lead and monitor site operations including site safety, material control, and equipment management.
- Process necessary paperwork and travel to multiple project sites as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree / Diploma inrelevant Estate Management, Business Studies or relevant field of studies.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, renovation project management, and landscape management.
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
