The job scope of Equicanny Solution primarily revolves around outsourced sales and marketing services with a strong emphasis on face-to-face marketing and strategic customer acquisition. Their core activities include:
- Representing clients in their chosen target markets by conducting face-to-face presentations and direct consumer engagement to promote products and brands.
- Helping clients achieve high visibility and credibility in local communities by delivering personalized and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Creating exposure and positive brand impact through various marketing channels designed to reach up to 90% of the client’s specific target market.
- Working closely with clients from three main industries to develop and implement strategic marketing and customer acquisition plans.
- Handling sales order processing, customer inquiries, and maintaining essential documentation related to sales activities.
- Collaborating within a team environment that values leadership, integrity, and diversity to drive business growth and client success.
Overall, the organization’s job scope centers on delivering effective marketing solutions that increase client market presence and competitive advantage through direct, personal marketing efforts
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
