1. Check inventory records for accuracy. 2. Accountable for the order entry / recording in incoming, outgoing and balance of materials. 3. Responsible for proper filing and maintenance. 4. Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory. 5. Find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business. 6. Ensures cleanliness of warehouse. 7. Checking possible damages or scratches. 8. Ensures warehouse inventory is organized and stored in an orderly, accessible and safe manner. 9. Responsible to liaise with Purchasing / Planning department on customer orders for the production planning and scheduling purposes. 10. Managing incoming and outgoing material as per the laid down procedures. Material receiving, stacking / storage and supply on production line.
