Responsibilities:
(Includes but not limited to)
- To manage all aspects of e-Commerce business across all online platforms
- Develop, plan and execute digital marketing strategies across all online platforms to ensure business growth
- Analyse, monitor and measure digital marketing strategies performance and suggest countermeasures
- Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Manage and maintain social media accounts
- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth running operations
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by management as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Possess knowledge and understanding in digital marketing strategies, e-Commerce platforms and online marketplace
- Familiar with social media marketing
- Possess skills to design and enhance product images using editing software
- Detail-oriented, solution-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

(Proficient in Mandarin is a plus)

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
