- ** Job Description**:

- The Regional Operations Director plays an important role in leading the whole operations team across APAC, to oversee and ensure an efficient operational business process ranging from Office Administration, Workplace Environment, Supply Chain, Logistic, Customer Service, Order Fulfilment & etc.
- Manage country teams in APAC region to meet productivity, service level, and quality expectations. Accountability for CAPA results, stock forecast, monitoring, and planning for the country teams.
- Assume management responsibility for in-country operation teams, ensuring that the teams are appropriately staffed and trained. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Review sales information and adjust sales and operational results to meet key business operations targets as forecasted.
- Continuously evolve the organization and individual teams to remain effective and compliant while reducing scale. Design and implement strategies and processes that generate improvement, drive efficiency, and control risk.
- Regularly interact with country-level and regional functional partners to ensure that the operations teams in each country are appropriately supported. Collaborate, build relationships, and work across the organization in a multi-site matrix operations environment.
- Ensure that each country has established and regularly reviews procedures to ensure operations run within the highest quality standards.
- To coordinate and monitor inbound delivery, unloading up to put away processes by 3PL for effective performance and according to process step. Monitor 3PL warehouse receiving operations according to the standard operations and procedures given by Global Supply Chain team.
- Involved in short-term and medium-term planning for broad issues affecting the operations in all countries under management.
- Preparation of any related warehouse operations reports and any other ad-hoc reports as and when required by the Management.
- Thorough knowledge of how own function integrates within the overall organization to contribute to achieving business goals; requires a good working knowledge of the industry.
- ** Requirement**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Warehouse, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 20 years of relevant work experience, including 10 years' managerial experience in MLM industry.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 standards is a plus.
- Proven record of achievement in leading teams in a large, matrixed organization. Experience leading geographically dispersed teams preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration and coordination among departments.
- Demonstrated expertise in streamlining operations and optimizing processes to improve efficiency.
- Problem-solving and decision-making acumen to handle complex operational challenges.
- Sound knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and customer service best practices.
- Strategic thinking and vision to develop and implement long-term operational strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding business objectives.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making data-driven and timely decisions.
- Proactive approach to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
