Authorize and responsible to maintain Quality Management System follow ISO 9001 requirements.
- Ensure that Standard Operation Procedure is effectively implemented.
- Ensure all Quality Records (QA Department) are adequately maintained.
- Effectively implement the corrective and preventive action including customer complaints, and product non-conformance; investigate the cause of non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system.
- Accountable for overall effectiveness of control of non-conforming product.
- Calibrate measure equipment and maintain adequate calibration records.
- Initiate a comprehensive Internal Quality Program in compliance with company requirement.
- Lease and provide feedback to manufacturing and customer on all quality aspects.
- Verify goods return received from customer that issued by store clerk.
- Direct investigation of customer complaint on products and ensure proper countermeasure is taken where necessary.
- Ensure the effectiveness of sampling inspection.
- Assured that all inspection process carries out according to specification provided.
- Responsible to all aspect of Quality Control activities such as incoming, in-process and final inspection activities.
- Review daily incoming, in-process and final inspection report.
- Up-dating product specification for new products manufactured.
- Make sure that all finished goods are inspected and stamped ‘PASS’ before send to store.
- Provided necessary training to QC inspectors on new products inspection item.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
