**Qashier is looking for an amazing Merchant Success Executive to support our growth**

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

**We are looking for passionate individuals that can spearhead the growth of the company through optimizing revenue growth and retention with our existing merchants. **If you have knowledge and/or keen interest in the area of point of sale, payment systems, account management and B2B sales, this role might be for you.

Key Responsibilities
- **E**nhance **the relationship **with existing merchants by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- **Leverage upsell and renewal opportunities**: Youll be advising merchants on new features and use cases within our platform to drive upsell opportunities into new features or higher subscriptions and convert existing customers to annual subscriptions.
- **Expand and grow payment volumes**: You will leverage data to identify opportunities to further grow payment volumes for us and our merchants.
- **Churn management**:Understand patterns and data to predict potential churn trends and come up with stop gap measures.
- **Troubleshooting potential issues **that may arise on the merchants end. Work closely with the product development team on IT related issues.
- Experience in B2B/IT sales or account management/customer success experience.
- Passionate about technology, fintech and the F&B and retail space
- Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills and readiness to go the extra mile for our merchants (local languages)
- Highly driven and energetic individuals with a strong willingness to learn
- Independent and driven
- A keen attention to detail
- Analytical thinking/troubleshooting skills
