**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations at the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and ensure accuracy in stock records
- Coordinate with HQ and warehouse for stock replenishment and transfers
- Ensure proper merchandising, cleanliness, and display standards at the outlet
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Train and guide new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and stock reports to the management

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, especially in handling stock and audit tasks
- Aggressive, proactive, and results-focused
- Able to work under pressure and handle retail operational challenges
- Willing to work on weekends/public holidays and on a shift basis
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- **Retail industry experience is a MUST** (perfume or beauty industry is an advantage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
