**Job Summary**

**Job description**:

- Support manager and ensure and maintain company quality standards based on FSSC22000, ISO22000, ISO9001 and etc.
- Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Trains QA team and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures.
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.
- Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
- Managing internal and external audits including customer, regulatory, certification bodies.
- Maintain QA documentation and preparation including SOPs, WI, inspection reports, corrective action follow-ups, training materials and etc.
- Support production and operations in resolving quality issues in real-time.
- Liaise with suppliers and handle customer complaints regarding quality issues and coordinate investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years QA/QC experience in food packaging or plastic manufacturing will be preferred.
- Familiar with methodologies of quality assurance and ISO, FSSC or regulatory standards related to food contact materials.
- Knowledge of plastic materials (e.g., PET, PP, OPS) and converting processes (e.g., extrusion, thermoforming, printing) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA documentation systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
