Prepare and process export & import documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions.
- Resolve any issues related to export processes, such as delays or discrepancies.

**Job Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in export & import coordination or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
