**Administrative Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day office operations including filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in monitoring office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support management in organizing company activities and projects
- Ensure smooth communication within the team and with external stakeholders
**Human Resource Support (Basic Recruitment)**
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
- Assist HR in onboarding new employees with required documents and orientation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
