Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fun Marketing Associate to drive revenue growth for our clients and ensure our company remains at the forefront of the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for unlocking the full potential of our sales team and implementing innovative strategies that guarantee continued sales success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brand Promotion: Proactively increase brand visibility through direct, in-person engagement at events, roadshows, and other outdoor marketing activities.
- Sales Growth: Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead recruitment efforts, set clear objectives, provide ongoing coaching, and monitor the performance of sales representatives to ensure optimal results.

Requirements and skills
- Effective Communication: Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving sales and closing deals, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to convey ideas and information clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal forms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
