Job Duties:

- Manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations including all payables, receivables function, expenses record, claim processing & credit control.
- Liaise with other Departments to complete all month-end and year-end accounts closing.
- Assist in preparing timely and accurate monthly financial, costing and management reports.
- Assist with annual tax returns and year-end financial audits.
- Liaison with the auditor, company secretary, and tax agent.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
- Handle SST submission
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments by management or reporting head as and when required.
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully comply with company policy
- 1 Position - Finance Executive or Senior Finance Executive

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required Skill(s): Knowledge of computerized accounting software - SQL
- Experience in costing & able to handle full set of accounts will be an advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- High integrity, committed and able to work with minimum supervision.
