To do that, we seek to build the most customer-centric and efficient sales organization in Singapore and Malaysia. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for all stages in the sales funnel to ensure our sales process runs smoothly. Our Sales team will need your support through the generation of opportunities and continuous improvement of the sales funnel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reaching out to new opportunities by calling them and converting them into high-interest prospects
- Follow up with interested customers with relevant information on the next steps of their sales journey
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to make sure the sales funnel remains nurtured through the stages of our process in a timely manner
- Manage the sales funnel on a daily basis to reduce lead time
- Administrative tasks to support the functionality of the Sales team
- Any operational support required to execute sales efficiently

**Requirements**:

- You are data
- and performance-oriented, and have experience in optimising your approach for sales funnel conversion and lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC)
- You have 1-3 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales or Customer Service
- You are a natural communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis
- You have experience in the usage of Salesforce
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. English fluency is a must
