Salary : RM RM 2500 - 3000

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing after sales service ordering including spare parts, engineering services and other after sales related scope such as warranty claim. Work closely with supply chain, inventory & warehouse for parts delivery, commercial/invoicing.
- Work closely with technical service team for service job coordination
- Manage and monitor item information in ERP system including price list, customer asset management and etc.
- Follow up on quotations/proposals submitted for aftersales service.
- Preparing monthly report for after sales service related field
- Support sales/marketing team when necessary
- Other related tasks as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Administration, or related field.
- Working experience in after sales service centre, experience in an established ERP system is an added advantage.
- Good in communication skills.
- A team player and able to complete the task within the timeline
- Good organisational skills with strong sense of discipline and responsibility
- Customer oriented, result driven and can both work independently and as a member of a team
