Customer Care Executive

As a **Customer Care Executive**, the employee will serve as a liaison to provide product and service information, and resolve any issues that customers may encounter with accuracy and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Uphold service standards by responding effectively to customer inquiries, managing challenging situations/customers, and ensuring prompt turnaround for all service requests with consistent quality.
- Exceed customers’ expectations in terms of service quality and accuracy of information.
- Identify and drive process improvements to ensure an excellent customer experience, timely service delivery, optimal productivity, and effective resource management.
- Sustain and enhance qualitative results while adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the unit, division, and company.
- Collaborate within the team to achieve target elements and service level agreements (SLAs).
**Requirements**:
- Able to converse **fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.**:
- Minimum education: SPM/Diploma
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
